Delivery Questions for Nautilus Contract Customers:


Q. I’m going on Vacation next week and do not want my delivery.

A. At least 24 hours prior to the delivery date you can either send an e-mail to delivery@nautilush2o.com or call Nautilus Customer Service at 677-0444 with the dates you would like delivery suspended and we will extend your contract by the number of deliveries your put the order on hold.

Q. I am on a monthly/bi-monthly contract for X# bottles per delivery but I need additional bottles or cases of water on my next delivery.
A. At least 24 hours prior to the day of deliver you can either send an e-mail explaining your additional needs to delivery@nautilsh2o.com  or call Customer Service at 677-0444.

Q. I need to reschedule the day I receive my delivery.
A. At least 24 hours prior to the day of deliver you can either send an e-mail to delivery@nautilsh2o.com  or call Customer Service at 677-0444.
